Job Description

As a Customer Success Associate, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of cybersecurity clients, guiding them throughout their journey—from adoption to renewal. You’ll champion customer needs, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure every account sees lasting value from its investment.

Shift: Day Shift, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Colombia time), Weekends Off
Work setup: Work From Home, Colombia

The Qualifications We Seek

  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Success or Sales, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or technology company
  • Exposure to networking or security software solutions is a plus
  • Excellent customer communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate ideas to different audiences in a concise and professional manner
  • Highly organized and effective in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with geographically distributed teams in a global organization

Your Daily Tasks

  • Manage the health and growth of a dedicated portfolio of SMB and mid-market accounts
  • Ensure customers recognize and maximize the value of their cybersecurity investment
  • Handle contract renewals and identify upsell opportunities within your account base
  • Support customers throughout the full lifecycle of their contracts
  • Act as the customer advocate by collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, R&D, and Support Engineering teams
  • Own and execute post-sale processes, including daily customer interactions
  • Manage, maintain, and complete queued requests on daily, weekly, and monthly timelines
